1. Can we drink alcohol on board?
Yes, you can! The city of Medford allows beer, wine, and cider on the bikes. All drinks must be pre-purchased from Jefferson Spirits before the tour. Please respect this privilege. If anyone appears visibly intoxicated at the start of the tour, they will not be allowed to ride.

2. Do I need a reservation?
Yes, all tours are by reservation only. Book your tour here.

3. How old must I be to ride?
All riders must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid ID at check-in. No exceptions.

4. Can I bring glass?
No, glass containers are not allowed except for wine bottles and growlers. Plastic cups will be provided.

5. Where do I check in?
Check-in for the Pint Rider at Jefferson Spirits (404 E Main St, Medford, OR). Please arrive 20 minutes early to fill your growlers.

6. Where does the tour end?
The tour ends where it began.

7. Do you have parking available?
Parking can be challenging. Please carpool if possible and avoid parking directly in front.

8. What does the tour entail?
The Pint Rider tour is a 2-hour pub crawl with 3-4 stops. You can explore nearby bars or stay on the bike to pedal around, take pictures, or play games.

10. Do I pay in full up front?
Yes, full payment is required at booking. Book your tour here.

11. When should I arrive?
Arrive 20 minutes before the start time to fill growlers, complete waivers, and review safety rules.

12. Can I stand while riding?
No, all riders must remain seated while the bike is in motion.

13. What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled once purchased, as your space is guaranteed.

14. What is the weather policy?
Tours run rain or shine. You’ll be notified of any weather-related cancellations. Temperatures below 39°F or above 102°F may allow rescheduling, but refunds are not provided for rain.

15. Is it really pedal power?
Yes! The bike is entirely pedal-powered—challenge yourself and enjoy!

16. How many people can ride?
The Full Pint Rider requires a minimum of 7 riders and can accommodate up to 14. The Half Pint tour is for 4-6 riders.

17. What if my group is smaller than 7 people?
If you have fewer than 7, consider booking the Half Pint tour (available in Medford).

18. How does it fit 14 people?
There are 12 seats with pedals and a bench for 2 additional riders.

19. What if I can’t pedal?
No worries—4 seats don’t have pedals, so you can enjoy the ride without pedaling.

20. What if we have more than 14 people?
We have multiple bikes!

21. Can we bring extra people?
Unfortunately, we cannot exceed 14 passengers for insurance and safety reasons.

22. How long are the tours?
All tours are 2 hours long.

23. Is there music?
Absolutely! We have a Bluetooth stereo, and you’re welcome to bring your own playlist.

24. Can I take pictures?
Of course! Feel free to take pictures, and our guides are happy to help. Don’t forget to tag us using #pintrider.

25. What should I wear?
Dress appropriately for the weather. Tennis shoes, sandals, or boots are recommended—high heels are not ideal. Sunscreen is a good idea too.

26. Is it dangerous?
Riding the Pint Rider is as safe as riding a regular bike, though there are always inherent risks. Passengers ride at their own risk.

27. Can I ride if I’m pregnant?
This is up to your discretion, and we recommend consulting your doctor. If you do ride, sit on the bench instead of a pedal seat for safety.

28. Can we decorate?
Yes! Decorations are welcome but must be socially appropriate, and our signs must remain visible.

29. Should we tip the guide?
Our captains work hard, and tips are always appreciated! Typically, happy customers tip around $10+ per person.
